FOOD SAMPLE GUIDELINES Selling food products is prohibited. Items being sampled must be part of your business service. Vendor must request approval a minimum of 10 days before the show by filling out this form: FOOD SAMPLE AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM No samples of alcoholic beverages are permitted. Sampling is limited to a 2-oz portion for food and 4-oz portion for beverage.

DELIVERIES Deliveries from common carriers (UPS, FedEx, 3rd parties, etc) will incur drayage charges for receipt of their delivery, storage, delivery to booth, and then return to docks to send out after the event. Call Miller’s Party Rental, 330-745-9104, to discuss arrangements & fees ahead of time.

IDENTIFYING BRIDES To help you identify the engaged attendees, they will be wearing a TODAY’S BRIDE sticker. A PINK sticker means they have a venue; A GREEN sticker means they still need a venue.

LUNCH OPTIONS During move-in hours on Friday, concessions will not be open. You are permitted to bring your own food on those days. On Sunday, when concessions are open, outside food is not permitted within the building.

WI-FI SERVICE I-X Center offers Internet Service for a fee through Smart City Networks. They do not accept pre-orders. Order during move-in or day-of the show by Opening the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select “Exhibitor Internet”. Visit pros.todaysbride.com/ix-wifi for pricing.

ELECTRICITY If an exhibitor wants electricity that is not included in their contract, order from Edlen directly at ordering.edlen.com. Order by May 23, 2025 to receive discounted rates. For questions, contact Sabrina Paoli at spaoli@edlen.com or 440-429-6506.

PARKING PASSES: The daily parking rate for a regular-sized vehicle on show day (June 8th) is $12.00 per day, payable upon arrival. Exhibitors may pre-order parking permits for $10.00 each, provided they are purchased by Friday, May 30, 2025, and picked up by Friday, June 6, 2025. Parking is free on move-in day, Friday, June 6th. DRIVE-IN PASSES: You may hand carry or 4-wheel dolly your items into the building or purchase a drive-in pass.  New This Show! Parking passes are now single passes: $30 per one-way. No more options of one way versus round-trip passes. Every vehicle entering the building requires a pass for every entry. Passes are now QR codes to be scanned at the door when you pull up.
