January 2025, I-X Center in Cleveland
Basil Place
Basil Place claimed a a Booth Design Awards spot with a breathtaking double booth display that immediately drew the eyes—and admiration—of show attendees. The team’s innovative concept featured a dynamic dual-theme layout: one side showcased a sleek, professional “business front,” complete with bold signage and a strategically designed lead-generating table. In contrast, the other side exuded charm and romance—an imaginative, whimsical space where couples could daydream about their perfect wedding day. This creative fusion of professionalism and fantasy not only captivated visitors but also perfectly embodied the brand’s unique blend of elegance and expertise.
Cake Drama
Cake Drama continues to raise the bar with their exquisite, edible masterpieces that not only catch the eye but also tantalize the taste buds. Their booth is crowned with a glowing neon sign that hovers high above, immediately pulling attendees in. As eyes follow the vibrant glow downward, they’re met with an impressive array of wedding cakes in a stunning variety of sizes, shapes, and intricate designs—each one a testament to the company’s creativity and craftsmanship.
Columbia Ballroom
Columbia Ballroom captivated attendees with a booth design that felt more like a portal than a display. Serving as the backdrop was a stunning, point-of-view image of their actual venue—inviting guests to step inside their elegant ballroom. The immersive effect was amplified by soft Edison lighting and a fully staged reception table, complete with matching hanging light fixtures that seamlessly echoed the scene in the backdrop. The result? A breathtaking illusion that made you feel as if you could walk straight into their space.
David’s Bridal
David’s Bridal unveiled a refreshed booth design – with a live DJ’s mix of pulsating music – that that exuded chic sophistication and timeless elegance, perfectly setting the stage for their stunning gown collection. A lineup of mannequins showcased a diverse range of bridal styles—from sleek, modern silhouettes to ornate, lace-draped classics—each one styled to capture a different bridal vision. Anchoring the display was a shimmering silver sequin backdrop, boldly featuring the iconic “DAVID’S” name, adding a glamorous focal point that drew eyes and admiration from across the show floor.
Glass Asylum 2
Blending sleek glass and industrial metal elements, Glass Asylum 2’s booth offered a de-light-ful preview of the enchanting atmosphere couples can expect at their event space. A wood-framed canopy, elegantly draped in soft linen, created a striking focal point overhead, from which an array of custom-made light fixtures cascaded at varying heights—instantly capturing the attention of passersby. On either side, offset tables flanked the booth’s entrance, naturally guiding attendees toward a cozy lounge setup featuring two plush armchairs nestled beneath a large, eye-catching business banner.
Great Lakes Brewing Co.
Great Lakes Brewing Co. maximized their double booth space by showcasing the diverse event venues available at their award-winning brewery. The display was anchored by two striking oversized banners, each featuring thoughtfully curated images that brought to life the dream wedding experiences couples could expect. Their booth design artfully reflected the distinct character of each rental space—from the grand, sophisticated ambiance of the Tasting Room and Rockefeller Room, perfect for large-scale celebrations, to the cozy, romantic atmosphere of the intimate Beer Cellar.
L’Nique Specialty Linen REntal
L’Nique Specialty Linen Rental’s beautiful display is a vibrant celebration of texture, color, and creativity—perfectly capturing the essence of event elegance through fabric. The backdrop is clean and crisp with a white shimmer curtain, allowing the vivid patterns and textures of the showcased linens to truly stand out. Swatches of luxurious fabric—from soft neutrals and satins to bold florals and sequined designs—are artfully hung on racks, making it easy for attendees to explore L’Nique’s extensive collection. Table displays throughout the booth are fully styled, offering inspiration for real-life reception setups. From romantic blush tones to rich, modern prints, each table feels like its own mini event.
Lauren & Co Event Planning
Lauren & Co. masterfully blended modern elegance with cozy, organic charm. The booth is framed by a romantic greenery garland draped across the top, accented with hanging rattan lanterns and delicate glass orbs, creating an intimate, garden-inspired canopy. A soft white backdrop sets a clean, airy tone while allowing the carefully curated décor elements to shine. Gold shelving units showcase a variety of stylish event accents—think elegant signage, votive candles, glassware, plates, and table numbers—each thoughtfully arranged to highlight Lauren & Co.’s event planning and design expertise. A cozy camel-colored loveseat and pops of floral arrangements bring warmth and hospitality to the space, inviting guests to linger and get inspired.
Lightwave Entertainment
Lightwave Entertainment’s shimmering backdrop perfectly set the tone for the striking display, featuring two massive LED panels flanking a double booth setup. Dominating the scene above, their neon company name and logo glowed vibrantly, while a gobo light cast a captivating pattern across the floor. The dynamic pink and purple lighting not only captured the attention of couples but also highlighted the LED panels, showcasing their diverse range of products and services tailored for wedding celebrations.
LimeLights Entertainment
What can’t Limelight Entertainment do to craft unforgettable wedding celebrations? From custom vinyl dance floors to expert DJ services—and everything in between—Limelight’s impressive quad booth display, set against a sleek, shimmering black backdrop, effortlessly highlighted their diverse offerings. Positioned both on the floor and overhead, an oversized TV monitor showcased captivating wedding highlight reels, offering a visual testament to the unforgettable events they’ve orchestrated over the years.
Royal Restrooms
Royal Restrooms truly reigned supreme in booth branding at the show. From the gleaming chrome trailer to the luxe interior, they proved that portable restrooms can be both elegant and unforgettable. Dressed head-to-toe in their signature purple—from staff outfits to signage to the purple toilet paper roll favors (yes, really!)—they nailed every detail. With a dual-door entry inviting guests to step inside the royal treatment, this booth was a showstopper in both style and strategy.
Selective Sound Events
Up in the sky, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Selective Sound Events soaring above with a booth concept that truly reached new heights. Floating high above the crowd, a glowing, oversized orb featuring the SSE logo stole the show—quite literally the ‘high’-light of their sleek, stripped-down setup. With clean lines and minimal distractions, the elegantly simple design put the spotlight right where it belonged: on their professional team and the exceptional entertainment experiences they deliver.
Shipwrecked Creative
Shipwrecked Creative proved that less is truly more, ditching the typical clutter for a clean, inviting booth that felt like a breath of fresh air. With cozy seating and a chic white faux brick backdrop, the space naturally drew visitors’ eyes to the stunning photography on display, perfectly framed by the company’s name and a sleek TV monitor. It was simple, sophisticated, and effortlessly welcoming.
Sound Precision Entertainment
For Sound Precision Entertainment, ‘the sky’s the limit’ isn’t just a motto—it’s a mission. Their multi-level booth was a showstopper from the ground up, starting with a sleek, up-lit base then rising to a second-story sound system showcase. But the real attention-grabbers? A trio of sharply dressed wildly dancing air figures leading all eyes further skyward to a massive, framed logo suspended from the I-X Center rafters. When Sound Precision goes big, they don’t just make noise—their booth display makes a statement.
The Bertram
Drifting in like a breath of fresh air, The Bertram brought effortless elegance to the show floor with a billowing all-white linen canopy and backdrop that felt like clouds overhead. Front and center, an eye-catching 8-foot-wide business display, sleek pull-up banner, and glowing TV monitors instantly captured the attention of brides-to-be, showcasing their full suite of wedding services. Thoughtfully placed cocktail tables draped in rich ivy-hued linens, paired with a stylish patterned carpet, tied the entire look together—creating a space that was as polished as it was inviting.
Village Catering Company / Sayre Hospitality Group
Soaring 18 feet high, Village Catering’s stunning display commanded attention, spotlighting their three unique wedding venues—Waters Edge, White Oak, and Greystone. Towering, vibrant panels offered a striking visual preview of each elegant reception space, drawing attendees in with their bold beauty. Below, fully dressed reception tables and silver-draped cocktail tables added a touch of sophistication, giving couples a true taste of the style and ambiance they could expect on their big day.
March 2025, John S. Knight Center in Akron
All Events REntal
Against a dramatic black backdrop, All Events Rental’s elegantly framed business sign gleamed above a gold-accented barware display, perfectly positioned behind a crisp, all-white wet bar. The space was grounded with wood flooring topped by a soft, inviting area rug, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Three thoughtfully styled accent tables, each dressed in luxurious linens and showcasing distinct place setting rentals, offered attendees an inspiring glimpse into the possibilities for their big day.
Century 21 Wilbur REalty & Property Management
Home sweet home was the inspiration of Century 21 Wilber Realty & Property Management’s booth design. This inviting, outdoor inspired display included a full length ivy backdrop, Edison lighting, a faux fireplace, plus rattan chairs and matching accessories. The green potted plants along with an enchanting Chia Pet dog and concrete bunny completed this wonderful display.
Love Conquers All Bridal Boutique
Dressed to captivate, Love Conquers All Bridal Boutique turned heads with a show-stopping booth that radiated drama and elegance. Guests were surrounded by a stunning array of mannequins, each showcasing unique bridal styles—from timeless classics to modern couture. Adding a dynamic, interactive touch, three live models gracefully moved through the crowd in a variety of bridal looks, engaging with attendees and offering expert insights on finding the perfect gown. The result? An unforgettable experience that brought bridal fashion to life.
Marquee Events
This eye-catching booth by Marquee Events created a fun, memorable experience and stood out with its bold and modern design. A sparkling pink backdrop, glowing logo, and multiple screens showing festive wedding reception footage instantly grabbed our attention. Blending tech, color, and creativity, the booth featured a stylish front counter with a built-in monitor, a fun hot pink carpet, and interactive elements like a selfie station and a full-length “Touch to Start” mirror photo booth.
The Event on Sunny Brook
With heartfelt wishes for every couple’s happily ever after, The Event on Sunny Brook beautifully embraced the ‘something blue’ tradition in their charming booth display. A full-length ivy-covered backdrop, accented with soft sheer draping, delicate florals, and a stylish business banner, brought a fresh, outdoor-inspired vibe to the space. Rustic wooden crates served as display stands for delicious food samples, further echoing the natural, welcoming ambiance of their booth design.
The Reserve at STone Creek
The Reserve at Stone Creek made a warm and inviting impression with its elegant yet approachable design. A large scenic backdrop featuring the venue’s exterior set the stage, creating a clear visual of the location’s serene setting and architectural charm. The booth was styled with soft, neutral tones and accented by a plush gray floor rug. Floral touches, draped linens in soft blues and whites, and printed photos of real wedding setups helped bring the venue to life.
Walnut Ridge WEdding REntals
Walnut Ridge Wedding Rentals booth creates a romantic and elegant vibe with a clean, stylish setup. At the center, a white backdrop displays a mock seating chart with the couple’s names and wedding date, giving it a personal wedding-day feel. On each side, large gold-framed bridal portraits add a touch of glamour. The tables are decorated with soft linens, candles, flowers, and framed signs, while a tall floral arrangement add visual interest and height. A soft area rug pulls the whole look together, creating a warm and inviting space that beautifully showcases the vendor’s style.
