Best Booth Awards – I-X Center Show 2017
The exhibitors at our I-X Center show in Cleveland this year were all worthy of a Best Booth Award. There were so many incredible booths, that it was nearly impossible to narrow it down. Here are the Top 10 winners of the Best Booth Awards for 2017!
Rock the House Entertainment – Best Double Decker exhibit
This is the second year Rock the House Entertainment went vertical with their booth space. This 2.0 version was an amped up version of their previous displays. They added more visual branding to every height and corner, plus had four consulting kiosks to make it easy to accommodate several couples at one time. Their attention-getting Show Specials were in clear view, and they had demos of their new interactive DJ booth on the second floor amid the soft haze (a special effect that is one of their many services offered for weddings). From the very top down, Rock The House Entertainment rocked out the Best Double Decker Booth Award at the Today’s Bride Shows.
Cleveland Metroparks
Wow! The Cleveland Metroparks’ design team constructed this custom backdrop just for the show. It was on-point with branding and aesthetics. Excellent use of indirect lighting, flameless candles in the fireplace, & industrial shelving to house their souvenir swag. They put the Metropolitan in Metroparks. Well done!
Columbia Woodlands
When you want to be remembered, you carry out a theme that describes your booth like no other. Columbia Woodlands literally brought the woodlands inside the I-X Center. Their theme was consistent with many details that worked together: a wood backdrop, cowhide rugs, leather tree stools, birch candles, and nightstand lamps which were all complimented by wedding-centric rose floral centerpieces. They have one of the best taglines to use in their follow up efforts: “We were the booth with the trees.”
Elite Entertainment – Most Interactive Demo
Elite Entertainment created an intimate silent theater experience, inviting couples to view their work and previous custom videos made from other weddings. Couples could focus their attention on the the possibilities Elite Entertainment presented while imaging their own special day documented on film. Tears were even witnessed on some of the viewers’ faces.
Galleria Gowns
Gowns are an attraction all their own, yet Galleria Gowns stood out even more by adding an unexpected, contrasting green floral backdrop with hanging lanterns and a plush rug. This proves simple design features can create a large, memorable impact without a lot of clutter.
jadie foto
Even without her portfolio on the backdrop, brides would be able to tell the photographic style of jadie foto by the welcoming and playful environment. She created a style all her own with a mix of metals and textures. Wood, lace, flowers, metals, and a retro pop of color worked well together in this eclectic space.
Let’s Get Festive – Best New Exhibitor Booth
Let’s Get Festive is a first-time exhibitor at a Today’s Bride Show, but you would never know it by their display! Their colorful and expressive booth boasted a custom backdrop, custom sign, and an artful display showing off their myriad of service options. Let’s Get Festive showed off their best work and makes it impossible for couples to walk by without getting inspired.
The Hotel at Oberlin
The Hotel at Oberlin created a serene atmosphere to offer refuge to engaged couples as they planned their wedding. The arbor, fresh florals, varying table styles and heights, neutral soft linens, and excellent signage created a welcoming zen space amidst the energy of the show.
Orchard Photography
A soft take on a wooden structure booth, Orchard Photography incorporated the perfect mix of nature and femininity in their space. Well-lit photography took center stage within a cozy and functional sanctuary for engaged couples to view their portfolio and discuss services outside of the crowded aisles.
A Taste of Excellence
A Taste of Excellence created a space that invited guests into their pop-up showroom reflecting their versatility to cater to all types of venues and event spaces. Decked out with delicious appetizers, themed tablescapes, and a welcoming atmosphere, this booth deserves an A+ in design!
CAKE GALLERY WINNER – The Faithful Little Cupcake
It’s not hard to see how this 6-tier cake won bride’s choice! With varying heights for each layer and displaying different silver metallic brushed textures, The Faithful Little Cupcake stood out in a BIG way with their modern elegance design.
RECEPTION TABLE GALLERY WINNER – Copper Stone Catering & Event Center
Combining opposing styles is a huge trend this season! By pairing Victorian candlesticks with industrial chairs, geometric gold terrariums, and raw materials like the wooden table, Copper Stone formed a reception table display that would fit in at any wedding this season.
