Silent opening – Doors open for the Upper Level Exhibits. All upper level booths must be ready to go!
Publicized doors open to the public.
Fashion Shows
Vendors may begin to dismantle their booth display (no earlier than 4pm) Beginning to tear down early is prohibited and will result in a $100 fine and forfeiture of the lead list!
Plan extra time for lines that may form.

We suggest you bring your own dolly to wheel your materials in quickly. Exhibitors CANNOT unload/load through the main, front doors of JSK.
Should move-in require additional help, a few complimentary porters will be on hand to assist. Refer to the JOHN S. KNIGHT EXHIBITOR INFORMATION packet specific rules and regulations that relate to their facility (page 9).
Note: Dollies are not available to help at the end of the show. We suggest investing in your own dollies or staff to help with move out.

The CITY lots and connected Deck are free of charge starting at 6:00 pm on Friday continuing through Sunday. There are other PRIVATE lots available for a fee. See posted rates for the fees.
For easier identification, engaged attendees will be wearing a “I Said YES” sticker.

During Move-in & on show day, keep this number handy for fast response to a Today’s Bride staffer. Need electricity? Trash overflowing? Music too loud? Call or text to report an issue without leaving your booth! The Today’s Bride staff will walk around the facility constantly in pink shirts to assist as well.
