I-X Drive In & Parking Passes

DRIVE IN

To make move-in easier at the I-X Center, purchase a Drive-In Pass from the I-X Center. Drive-in passes are $35 for a one-way pass and $50 for a round-trip pass. One-way means you drive to your booth during move-in to unload and then hand carry during move-out (or vice-versa). Round trip means you drive to your booth during both move-in and move-out to unload and pack up.

Drive-in passes are valid only during FRIDAY MOVE-IN and SUNDAY during MOVE-OUT. No drive-ins are permitted on Sunday mornings before show hours. If you are purchasing a pass to move out, please know that you will not be able to drive in the building for 1-2 hours after the show closes to ensure the safety of others in the building, remove carpet, and drape, and prepare the show floor for vehicles.

Drive-in passes are permitted for any type of car, van, truck, or trailer without additional labor required.

PARKING PASS

Parking is Free on Friday during move-in. Sunday, parking is $10 per car per day. Oversize vehicles are $20 per day. You may pay cash or credit card when arriving, or pre-purchase ahead of time.

Thursday, June 6, 12 pm – 4 pm

Friday, June 7, 9:00 am – 3:30 pm

*Please plan to pick up your pre-ordered passes or arrive to purchase your passes during the Customer Service Hours listed above.

NOTE: Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and if lost or stolen, cannot be replaced without incurring an additional charge.

Exhibitor Drive-in Procedure:

Park in the designated exhibitor area near Door 35 of the vendor move-in
Purchase a drive-in pass at I-X Center Customer Service window or pre-order here.
Report to assigned door
Present receipt to I-X personnel at the entrance door
I-X personnel will direct the vehicle to the booth. If the weather is wet that day, the car may need to sit inside to dry off a bit before driving into place.
Unload vehicle independently
Immediately remove vehicle from building after unloading
