2:00 PM Exhibitor Booth Set-up
Grand Ballroom opens up for unloading and booth set-up. No earlier without prior approval from Today’s Bride. Unload at the East Door to the ballroom.
IMPORTANT! No glitter or confetti is permitted as decoration or giveaways in the Hilton.
4:45 PM ALL BOOTHS MUST BE COMPLETED AND READY TO GO!
5:00 PM DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 8:00 PM Exhibitors may begin to dismantle their booth display. The event continues for guests next door at the Doubletree Hotel with an After Party from 8-9pm. You are welcome to join the party to mix & mingle with the guests and exhibitors.
10:00 PM EXHIBITORS MUST BE COMPLETELY MOVED OUT OF THE HILTON
