7:00 AM – 10:00 AM Vendor Booth Set-up
All exhibitors must unload at the upper Broadway Street lot off the loading dock area and enter thru Dock Door 2.
10:45 AM SILENT OPENING
ALL Upper Level Exhibits MUST BE SET-UP and ready to go!
11:00 AM DOORS OPENS TO THE PUBLIC
4:00 PM VENDOR TEAR-Down
Vendors can begin to dismantle their booth display. No earlier than 4pm!
Identifying Brides
For easier identification, brides will be wearing TODAY’S BRIDE sticker, thus making your efforts easier to speak directly to the bride.
Internet access
Wi-Fi is available for $25 for the day per exhibitor per password connection. Sharing is not permitted between exhibitors. To place your order before Sunday, contact Steve Brusso at sbrusso@visitakron-summit.org or 330-374-8922. Wifi can also be ordered on the day of the show at the Knight Center kiosk.
MOVE-IN and MOVE-OUT
Unload at the upper Broadway St. lot (one-way street going North) off the loading dock area and enter through Dock Door 2.
Exhibitors may hand carry or two-wheel dolly materials in and out of the building through the dock doors. At this Akron facility ONLY, you are permitted to use the two-wheel dolly flat on all four wheels. If you have larger items and need assistance, a few JSK Center porters will be available with large flat beds to help get items to your booth.
Strict Rule: THE LARGE FLATBEDS are not permitted to be moved by Exhibitors – only porters may move them. Do not grab one for your own use. Please be patient while the porters help exhibitors who arrived prior to your arrival.

PARKING: Vendors can park in the JSK Center’s attached parking deck on Broadway St. free of charge. There are other surface lots surrounding the facility that belong to the City of Akron. The CITY lots are free of charge on Sundays. There are other PRIVATE lots available for a fee. See posted rates for the fees.
