If purchasing a Drive-in pass (which is highly recommended – order form page 21), you are permitted during this time to drive as close to your booth as possible to unload. Drive-In passes are only good for up to one hour to drive in, unload your vehicle, remove your vehicle, and come back to your booth to set up. All vehicles must be out of the aisles by 2:30pm.
HAND CARRY or use of TWO-WHEELED dollies permitted. Unrestricted DRIVE-IN PASSES* permitted.
For Drive-In Passes during this time, only five cars are permitted to unload at one time (first come, first serve) and you cannot drive close to your booth. You will park along the back of the show floor by the docks. I-X Center will have a few flat bed dollies available to unload your merchandise from your car. All vehicles must be out of the building by 4:30pm.

Vendors may begin to dismantle their booth display.
ONLY AFTER OUR GUESTS HAVE LEFT! Exhibits cannot be torn down prior to 5:00 pm! The takedown, removal or repackaging of booth materials and/or displays during posted bridal show hours is strictly prohibited. Not only is this disrespectful to attendees and neighboring booths, but it poses a hazard while transporting said materials through event facility.
Early tear down will result in forfeiture of the lead list and a $100 fine.
Each exhibiting company receives one complimentary parking pass to use either Saturday or Sunday. You must pick up the parking pass at Exhibitor Check-in during move-in hours.
Friday Move-in: Free for all cars.
Saturday: Free from 8am-10am. After 10am, the cost is $10 per parking spot.
Sunday: $10 per parking spot all day.
Oversized Vehicles & trailers subject to higher rates.
Move in and move out takes place at the North Side of the building marked EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE near Door 35. Today’s Bride will have a CHECK-IN Booth there so you can pick up your Exhibitor Packets and one, standard parking pass that is included with your booth.
Per I-X Center Security Regulations, all Exhibitors must wear a nametag while in the building. A temporary nametag will be given to you at Exhibitor check-in to wear during move-in.
I-X Customer Service will also be available to answer questions, order rental items, photocopies, electric orders, parking hang tags, etc.
Remember to visit the Today’s Bride check-in booth at the entrance to get your credentials.
If you purchased a drive-in pass to move out, cars cannot enter until all of the limousines have exited the show floor. If there is inclement, wet, snowy weather on move-in days, you may not be able to get close to your booth for liability and safety reasons. Click here for the Drive-In Pass Form

Deadline to reserve an overnight room at Sheraton Cleveland Airport is January 17, 2020. $110 plus tax for the following nights on January 24th or 25th. To reserve a room, call the hotel directly 216-267-1500, option 0 (zero) and mention the “Today’s Bride” group room block by Friday, January 17th, 2020.
