We encourage all local exhibitors to move in on Thursday & Friday, or at least drop off a large portion of your items. They are less stressful days than Sunday and the line to access the facility isn’t nearly as long. If there is ANY way you can coordinate it, we promise you’ll be thankful

No exhibits may be taken down until after 4pm.
The takedown, removal or repackaging of booth materials and/or displays during posted bridal show hours is strictly prohibited. Not only is this disrespectful to attendees and neighboring booths, but it poses a hazard while transporting said materials through the event facility. Early tear down will result in forfeiture of the lead list and a $100 fine.

Today’s Bride will have a CHECK-IN Booth during move-in at Door 35 to pick up your Exhibitor Packets with credentials, and one standard parking pass for Sunday that is included with your booth. I-X Customer Service will also be available to answer questions, order rental items, photocopies, electric orders, parking hang tags, etc.
If you purchased a drive-in pass to move out, cars cannot enter until all of the limousines have exited the show floor. If there is inclement weather on move-in days, you may not be able to get close to your booth for liability and safety reasons.
Wi-Fi is free for exhibitor & attendees ONLY in the concession area by the Pavilion. Several exhibitors use their own hot spots to access wi-fi with their cellular carrier, or consider renting wired or wi-fi service through I-X Center. See I-X Center Exhibitor Kit for options.
For easier identification, engaged attendees will be wearing a TODAY’S BRIDE sticker. If a bride is wearing a YELLOW STICKER she still needs a reception venue, and probably many other services. If a bride is wearing a PINK STICKER she already has a reception venue.
