“Once again, you hit it out of the park. I am running out of adjectives to describe how over the top your organization is when it comes to these events. Starting with the pre-show communication, I have sent a few emails with questions and it seems like your staff was just waiting for my question because I receive a response in less than 10 minutes!

The pre- show set up…what a well-organized group, they never fail to walk around and ask if I am in need of anything (which of course, I always am…especially S hooks) and when your team says “I will be right back with that..” they are RIGHT BACK with whatever I needed. With a smile on their face!!!

I have never encountered ANYONE from your team that failed to meet me with a smile, call me by name, look me in the eye, and ask how I am, how business is, and if there is anything that I need.

The other amazing thing in, when they ask how I am or how business is…they actually listen and show genuine interest. I know that your company has been around for 20+ years and most of the key employees have been with you from the beginning. The commitment they show to you and to the client is without limit.
