Best Booth Awards – June 2025 Wedding Show
When it comes to bridal shows, first impressions are everything. From eye-catching displays to interactive experiences, the most successful booths are the ones that draw couples in and leave a lasting impression. At our June 2025 Cleveland Wedding Show at the I-X Center, these standout vendors wowed attendees with creativity, thoughtful branding, and immersive design.
Whether you’re planning your next bridal show booth or simply looking for vendor inspiration, these displays offer plenty of ideas on how to make your space shine.
Bar Solo LLC | Mobile Bar Experience
Bar Solo LLC made a bold entrance with their rustic-chic mobile bar trailer, adorned in floral accents, candlelight, and a welcoming rug that set the scene. Couples were greeted with refreshing mocktails and a laid-back lounge vibe—proving that interactive and atmospheric booths draw big crowds. This unique setup blended style and service flawlessly. Well done for their first bridal show!
Buehler’s Fresh Foods | Catering, Cakes & Florals
Talk about a triple threat! Buehler’s Fresh Foods displayed their culinary, floral, and cake expertise with a booth that felt like walking into a wedding dream. A greenery arch, cascading heart garlands (that matched their reception table display!), and styled tables overflowing with flowers and desserts helped guests visualize the full event experience. A prime example of how to showcase multiple services in one cohesive booth.
Faux Stems & Co. | Faux Floral Rentals
Faux Stems & Co. turned heads with their floral wonderland of silk blooms. From tall floral columns to a full flower wall backdrop, this booth gave off luxurious garden party vibes—without the need for fresh flowers. It was the perfect backdrop for selfies and showed how premium rentals can create high-end wedding looks.
Platter and Bloom | Charcuterie & Grazing Tables
This charming setup featured a vintage-style umbrella, lush florals, and a beautifully styled grazing table that guests couldn’t stop photographing. Platter and Bloom showcased their signature mobile charcuterie display with sophistication and flair, creating an elegant, on-trend food vendor booth perfect for Pinterest and Instagram moments. Another kudos to Chantel and her team for a job well done at their first Today’s Bride Wedding Show!
Premier Smiles Orthodontics | Smile-Ready for the Big Day
Who says orthodontics can’t be glam? Premier Smiles nailed their presentation with a clean, modern layout, engaging activities, and a message that resonated: “A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear on your wedding day.” Their booth was a stellar example of how non-traditional wedding vendors can connect to the bridal audience with style and purpose.
Purely Promised Ceremonies | Wedding Officiant Services
Purely Promised Ceremonies created a striking, story-driven display that perfectly reflected their brand. Set up in just a table top 5’ by 10′ space—essentially half a booth—their design packed a visual punch without feeling crowded. Deep purple and soft lavender fabrics draped the backdrop and table, accented with twinkle lights, floral arrangements, and framed signage. They made great use of vertical space to draw the eye up and maximize visibility. The owner and her son, dressed in their brand colors, added warmth and professionalism, welcoming guests with genuine smiles. From the cohesive color palette to the thoughtful layout, their booth was a beautiful example of how small spaces can still make a big impact.
Spa Lavender | Relax & Rejuvenate
In the middle of the show bustle, Spa Lavender created a mini oasis. With lavender-themed decor, sample products, and a soothing scent in the air, their booth radiated calm. Their relaxing setup reminded couples to care for themselves during planning and showed exactly how wellness vendors can stand out at bridal shows.
Designing a Booth That Gets Noticed
From floral walls to charcuterie carts, these booths proved that creative presentation and brand alignment are the keys to standing out at a wedding show. Each display told a unique story—whether through color, layout, or interactive features—and helped couples envision how that vendor could play a role in their big day.
If you’re planning to exhibit at an upcoming Today’s Bride Show, let these examples inspire you to think beyond the table.
